Who is Baguettes?
Since 2022, Baguettes is a modern, family-run Vietnamese canteen, created by three passionate entrepreneurs bringing the flavors of Hanoi street food to the heart of Paris’ 10th arrondissement.

After initially using a kiosk with a card terminal and printer, Baguettes switched to the tap-to-pay kiosk model with integrated payment, eliminating recurring maintenance and paper management issues. This allowed the team to fully focus on preparing dishes without worrying about payment technicalities.
