Since 2022, Baguettes is a modern, family-run Vietnamese canteen, created by three passionate entrepreneurs bringing the flavors of Hanoi street food to the heart of Paris’ 10th arrondissement.

Guests enjoy aromatic pho, generous bò bún, and crispy bánh mì, all carefully prepared and truly delicious, in a friendly and immersive atmosphere.

Blending Vietnamese authenticity with a French touch, Baguettes creates a dining experience that delights both the eyes and the palate.

The canteen primarily serves busy office workers at lunchtime, while evenings offer a more relaxed sit-down dining experience.

Tap to Pay kiosk, an integrated payment model with no POS hassles

After initially using a kiosk with a card terminal and printer, Baguettes switched to the tap-to-pay kiosk model with integrated payment, eliminating recurring maintenance and paper management issues. This allowed the team to fully focus on preparing dishes without worrying about payment technicalities.

Easy-to-install kiosks integrated with SumUp POS

The kiosks were installed quickly and easily with the help of a specialist provider. They are integrated with the SumUp POS system, ensuring smooth synchronization of orders between the kiosk, POS, and kitchen.
